Redness after staying in sun
I suffer red and itchy skin after staying in sun after sometime.
And skin becomes normal after 2-3 hours.
Attached picture is for your reference. The portion that is not covered by tshirt get red
I usually apply Vaseline before moving out but it is not helping I guess .
Suffering from this problem from 6-7 years

Use body sunscreen like sebamed, cetaphil. Apply 20 mins prior before going out .reapply once in 2 hrs

It's important to use a sunscreen regularly.
Health Tips
- Wear full sleeves while going into the sun
- Use sunscreens like Photoban lotion or Suncote gel - 15-20 min prior to going out
- use sunscreen once in 3-4 hours
