I have really dry lips, any lip balm i apply doesnt do anything what should i use? i have tried allot of lipbalm in the market but nothing seems to help and i need to reapply it every hr. i dont even use any lipstick regularly, a lip scrub sometimes when I feel they are out of control dry but it doesn't really do much. is there any medicated lipbalm that might help?
