Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Can you advice treatment for fungal toe nail infection. This has been around for more than year. It is now at a point where some of the nails are getting thicker and some brittle. See attached photo.

I experience pain in my scalp while brushing my hair with a comb or if I run my fingers through the hair. Is this normal ? Do I need to get it checked?

Hello all,I have one question, as i have done fractional  co2 ultrapulse laser on my face,but after doing second season no improvement is seeing yet.actually both of my sitting I Didn't see any downtime after the procedure (like redness,swelling) so can anyone tell me was it done effectively or not.I am about to plan my third sitting of co2 laser,is it a good idea to done this procedure by same dermatologist.
