Fungal Infection in hand or Eczema

My sister got infected with fungal infection and we all too get infected after it. Its been almost 2years everyone is fine and only my hand is still infected. When I switched doctor, the other doctor diagnosed it as eczema but I feel it's tinea manuum as it's only in one of my hand( which is right hand) and not in both
