Callus on sole of feet

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Hi Doctors I am feeling a tingling and sharp pain sensation in my callus. Kindly suggest something. I have already tried shaving it off, corn caps, salicylic acid paint but still paining. PFA Picture Thanks
