Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am experiencing a lot of itching all over my body...specially around thigh and penile region. Whenever I rub at the spot, a red spot comes there which is highly itching and slowly it turns out to blur black spot there. I have not been able to sleep properly because of this..I have recently started wearing V cut underwear, is that the reason behind this itching?..I dont have any history regarding itching..is it fungal or allergic reaction?.. Sir/Madam, please answer. Thank you!

Why do I get abscess all over my body frequently, sometimes on my chest, sometimes back, sometimes thighs, or hands or eyes, sometimes small abscesses sometimes big one, my sugar level is normal and I also maintain a good level of hygiene. I have also got other diseases tests done which can cause abscess but all of them are normal and negative.. I don't seem to find any explanation for this. In last 6 months I have got at least more than 10 abscess including small and big one. Please help

Besides washing face thrice a day, should i also use a Toner on my face? If so, should it be Astringent type with alcohol or without alcohol? Can using a toner worsen my acne problem too?

Im having fungal infection since 6 months. Went to 2-3 doctorS everyone prescribes different medicines and creams but Isn't going away. When i apply cream it gets better and wen i stop applying cream it comes again. Having got too much on breast and groin area. Checked thyroid and diabetes also and everything is normal. Hello, I am facing genetic pattern baldness. I am using Minoxidil 5% as suggested by doctor from past 2 years, first Year the hairfall was normal and in control, but in these resent 6-8 momths I have faced massive hair fall. In recent months I was facing from a huge dandruff/fungus problem so my doctor consulted me to stop minoxidil and gave me medications ( kelozenol shampoo and a hair cream )  for the problem. The dandruff problem is almost solved now but I have lost 50-60% of my hairs from crown/ top of my head. I recently started using minoxidil again it is non alcoholic I guess ( Anasure 5% usp ) but I think it's again increasing my scalp itching problem. I am confused and terrified at same time, as I don't want to loose any more hair and can't afford costly treatments as I am a collage student. Any advice would be appreciated. After delivery I am facing lot of dandruff and hairfall. Due to dandruff, I don't knw may be because of dandruff or what I am getting cuts . Please help. I am using bontress shampoo Keraglo AD for dandruff
