Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I got my middle ear pierced ( just about the earlobe) about 2 months back. I removed the earrings (silver) about 3 days ago and saw a very small ball-like infection. I applied MUPIBACT for 2 days and put the earrings back as I noticed the piercing closing up. Was I right to do so? Will I have to let the piercing close up and get it redone?

I am 20 years boy.I have acne on my cheeks and forehead.I tried all home remedies like Aloe vera gel and tea tree oil but its not cure my acne.Can you please suggest me some safe gel or medicine for acne.

I had syringoma under right eye.Last week i got them removed in a clinic. The doctor had removed it by burning it using some instrument (not sure if the name). First my skin turned brown at the areas where they burnt it .Now those areas have turned white in colour. Will the white patches go away ? I never had such patches earlier.But after getting them removed ,the places where they had burnt the skin have turned white.Please help me
