Bald spots due to scratching or smething
I have many such patches earlier there was a thick crust of I dnt know what but I kept scratching it everyday when when I was going through my hyper anxiety phase A lot of blood also came out from the front patch. And today I saw no hairs there. And I realised wherever I jave scracthed there is some sort of weird bald spot. Others are small but front one is big

Everytime you feel anxious just start taking deep breaths. Avoid touching your scalp. Instead you can use a bubble wrap and burst the bubbles. Sounds funny but helps get rid of the cause For hairs take biotin supplements. Use Imxia shampoo Can go for Morr Pro solution to be applied on scalp at night
Next Steps
1. Get your VitD3, B12 levels checked 2. Start consuming dark chocolate regularly 3. You can consult online or some local psychiatrist.
