My uncle,age 68,suffering from wound in his under thigh.we use betadine ..but there is no certain changes we see...i attached a pic..please help us what should we do??is betadine ok or anything else?

Consult a local doctor Betadiene is fine. Get an RBS done. Can take oral antibiotic and ibuprofen for 3 days.
