  4. Internal wound. Doctor should i consult?

Internal wound
I am having internal wounds on the buttocks. When I consulted a doctor it was not totally cured . Now this wound always occur and becomes cured itself but I want to treat this wounder. What should I do ?? Is it necessary to cure the wound through surgery (by cutting the wound).can it be cured at home or if not which doctor should i consult
