My son is getting patches on neck and other body parts since 1year. Doctorare saying it is acute eczema and non treatable. I want to know if eczema and dry skin is one and same or different and what are the treatment options available. Recently he got patch on right eye and is extremely itching. He is not able to concentrate in school and studies. Please recommend some treatment Thanks
