Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have burning pain in my left armpit for 2 weeks now. Had an ultrasound of breast which showed enlarged lymph nodes in both armpits and one cyst in one breast - doctor said that cannot be cause of burning. Wondering why there is burning - had some small redness/irritation on the same armpit 3 weeks earlier as a reaction to some perfume but that has got better. No burning on right armpit. Any solutions here as no visible patch there.

Suffering from dry scalp and dandruff. Would like to understand how to treat that and if there is any shampoo which can be used for the same.

Hello I had called a Urban Clap technician  for fruit facial around 20 days ago and since then i started having really dry skin and itching on the face and neck area. Then after some days, I started getting pimples and acne. The dryness is still there and everyday i can see new pimples arising on my face. Kindly help for the same.

I have seborrheic dermatitis under my nose and few pimples come and go daily.its from months and the redness comes and goes. i am currently using T bact for pimples for few days and after then i am told to use tacrovin forte.please suggest some good soaps for me as due to my current soap the redness increases.currently using dove.

Hi Doctor I have oily and acne prone skin but if I drink sufficient water I am able to avoid acne and only have occasional break outs but for some reason every year in the month of March I end up having too much of acne problem and the acne takes longer time to go away. Other times I usually have pimples with white pus in them but in March I get those along with many other big cyst like pimples on cheek, chin, lip lines. What could be causing it? How can I get ride of acne problems?

I'm diagnosed with LPP for past 8 years and my face has become very dark due to this. Have dark skin tone. Is it possible to get fairer skin transplant only for face and neck?
