Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have had redness, itching on skin since delivery of my child 4 months back, I took tab Allegra whenever there was redness and itching and it was resolved. But this time the itching has come with different kind of round rashes see picture, what are these? Which doctor should I consult? Please note that I am also breastfeeding my baby.

If retinoid has caused me purging already will using  tretinion will again purge my skin ? tell? I am so

I did nt this is herpes ... so check up the doctor nd he told it is herpes... My question is it is can spread to others by me? How much to take time to cured?

I've had hairfall issue since 1 year i consulted with a dermat and found out that i had low vitamin d and b12 so she prescribed me b12 and d suppliments for 3 months and biotin suppliment and mintop 5% for almost an year with a little gap in between. it has definitely reduced the hair fall but i still am not happy with my hair as they still look really thin and I don't want to continue mintop and biotin as i feel they are causing dryness and frizz in hair and acne issues on my face . my dermat had mentioned mesotherapy and said it would be really good and when i researched i felt prp might be better but i was concerned that even after doing them the suppliments are being prescribed so is there any other better treatment which wouldn't require suppliments and would be effective long term?

I have been using a hydroquinone and tretinoin based cream to improve my skin tone which was given by a pharmacist since I was 18 so its an year😓 and I use my sunblock properly and my skin also got lighter too Im happy but it gets red often, but it doesn't burn or itch and I have no acne but when I've got to know those kinda creams are too dangerous i tried to discontinue it but when I do that I kinda lose my brightness and lighter skin and I feel bad I kinda got used to it so In the conclusion I want a skin care regime to heal and maintain the tone and get rid of dullness and want my skin to be soft and lighter.i want a little help

My hair are really dry and frizzy and I tried alot of serums and hair mask nothing seems to be right and i love how they look after a hair spa but it lasts for hardly 4 days and I am tired of using straightener and dryer so I was considering getting a keratin treatment done but was not sure because i realised it also causes damage and i already have alot of hairfall but it might also reduce the heat i put in regularly and my major hair loss happens due to my hair being dry frizzy knnoted while combeing them so i feel like Keratin treatment or smoothening might help and the damage could be minimised by using right products so i wanted to know the opinion of the dermatologist are they worth it?
