Hello doctor i am 26 year old houswife my husband got married to me because of family pressure he wants to marry someone he loved her before marriage but his father didn't agree for their marriage then his father chose me to be his wife.. I was born with dark complexion but my husband don't like black colour doctor is there any way for me to become fair i just wanted to look good to my husband for my better married life with him.. Sir  my age is 22 in 2019 I have taken hair straighting in normal cutting shop from then onwards my hairfall was started now it become very thin in 2021 I have taken 4 prps and 8 months minoxidil oil I have gained lot of hairs I stopped oil from last 4months now I lost the hair which I lost through prp and minoxidil Is there any permanent solution without any side effects And plzz tell me grade also sir
