Hello , My friend is suffering with melasma on the face it's been there for 3-4 yrs but he has consulted a doctor recently, cream was prescribed by the doctor for the 3 months. Is there any other way the can be cured effectively??

My hairline is not evenly dense. It's very thin on the sides around temple area. Which product can be of any help.

When I read about this line causes and the highlighted words "Sublungal melanoma" I can't explain the situation to any one , I went to many doctors and I equally respect them all, someone told it's common in India some even scolded me not to search on internet ,some told there is changes you can do biopsy others told to observe.I being just a college boy , I am literally confused what to do and what not to do.Many doctors got annoyed too for me overthinking about it but only I know how everyday feels like.I am attaching a picture from last year to now.I need your advice 🙏

I happened to have a wrist fracture almost 5 months ago. After removal of the cast, my middle and ring finger were swollen and painful to touch around the nail. After sometimes, a sticky yellowish-white discharge started to come out from under the nails. I visited a dermatologist, who told me it is nail infection and game me topical steroid cream to apply. Few days ago, upon pressing the area below the nails blood started oozing out. Now, the bleeding has stopped but black clots are visible below the nail. The swelling and pain is also gone but the nail is broken and having blood clots underneath the nail. Is this something serious like nail cancer? I am worried. What to do about it now? Kindly suggest. TIA

Suggest me some gel or Ointment to get rid of my underarm irritation . Feels like some fungal coating is present.
