In my right leg why is this skin in joint getting hard and black? I am scared if it is any joint problem or skin problem! I don't have any pain! Pls chk the image

Hello doctor, my friend had syphilis and I was'nt aware until he got it tested and I accidentally touched his rashes with my hand. I am straight. I've been using NMFe Urea cream for my foot callus as prescribed by dermatologist, i want to know if I can walk freely after applying the cream on foot ..??? In case of bedtime, if the cream comes in contact with bed-sheet then will there be any problem..??? I know water exposure is prohibited after apply of  cream ,but is walking barefooted  allowed..???
