Been having this blister on lip for 2 days now? Is this cold sore? What ointment or medication should I I use? Please help

I have been experiencing hair fall , want to know the root cause and will it be reversed. I have used some medication for this for a month but didn't find any improvement.

Hair thinning and hair loss from scalp and hands and whole body after covid 19 since July 2021. Hair line receding. Taken finasteride and ascazin  and multivitamins but no benefit. Also have high triglycerides (550) and cholestrol and sgpt and sgot levels are around 80. What is the probable reason for hairfall, is it some auto immune disease or linked to liver ? Serrum ferritin = 44 And low vit b12 levels.

Hi I am Pratyush and I am from Mumbai. When I was is Mumbai I had hairfall but it was very less and ignorable. Recently I shifted to vellore a week before  and the hairfall doubled or more. I don't know what is the reason but I'm really worried. Earlier I thought it was hard water but the I started using RO water but still the hair fall is high. My front head hair and back head hair the volume has reduced. Top and sides looks fine. Please help me find a solution 🙏

My friend getting small watery blister on palm especially fingers. Pattern is, it sometimes itches and sometimes silent, on side of the fingers Automatically goes away after few days,No marks left post disappearing of watery blister. Currently , having just 1 watery blister on left palm middle finger on left side. Around a month back, he had got smaller watery blisters on fingers of both hand palms which automatically gone away after 2 weeks.
