Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hii iam 26 year old, currently from 1 week since iam having pus and liquid oozing out of inside of my left big toenail, I don't know the reason why, I applied cipladine but nothings working, from past 3 days blood also coming, please suggest any medication or some ointment soo It can resolve. Note - there is no black spot on my nail.

I have taking medicines for eczema as well however yesterday don't know what happened and my whole face got red and it's itching so bad and we thought it would but no it's still itching that bad and my whole face is red. Please help !
