Hello I am using aha glow face wash , solasafe sunscreen , and ACM Depiwhite at night . How can I reduce the roughness and the freckles on my skin chemical peeling and laser would be very expensive and out of budget kindly suggest

It is like some crack are there in anus region and when the poty is done, those cracks opened again and the itching remains for some 4-5 hours and after that it is normal till next day. I haven't seen blood. What is the problem?

Recently i take opinion from dermatologist online for hyperhidrosis ( excessive sweating of overall body ) so he prescribed oxybutynin 5 mg which is not effective at all so he told me to take upto 10 mg but problem is that there is too much dryness in mouth  so is there any way to prevent dryness in mouth after taking oxybutynin
