I have taken one time fractional co2 laser near Below eyes 1year back is there chances getting cancer in feature

Got this burn today morning from a hot iron. I caused a little pain in the beginning and then stopped hurting.. when I came back to school and saw this burn which had now turned black, i googled and found out it's of the 3rd degree. I wanted to ask if this will heal back on its own in a few days or does it require medical care. A hospital is not close to my house so I'd be very inconvenient for me to go so but if it's very serious then I want to know so that i can get it treated! so please let me know what I should do. thanks

This type of roughness is present in 2 foot finger that i uploaded pic, other fingers are normal, also on my pinky finger or left hand similar thing is present, what is this and how to get rid of this? It causes no pain or anything, but it feels weird like getting rubbed when i bend my fingers backward to stretch.
