My doctor recommended me to take omega Fish 3 oil supplements after breakfast but I am scared to take it as sometimes breakfast contain milk products.and there is a saying that milk and fish are bad combination.please Give some advice.

Omega fatty acids are helpful as they are essential fatty acids. Fish oil contains higher amount of omega fatty acids. Its cardioprotective and also helpful in patients with dry skin. You can take them with milk. There is no harm in taking it along with milk.
