Leg acne with swelling pain and pus

Asked for Female, 30 Years

She is currently suffer from leg acne which is red filled with pus with pain and redness around acne, she has this problem past several month every summer session this problem occure no wax and shave she apply, please prescribe proper medication or ontiment this is very painfull
