Palm getting smal black spots and the skin below nails ( back side of hand) is getting darkened is there any lack of vitamin if so please suggest any vitamin diet to stop skin darkening.

I am having dark circles and puffy eyes since many days. The area around eyes have become a bit dark and appear to be pushed inside. Please help

Hi! My question is can adapalene and clindamycin phosphate gel can be used for keratosis pilaris?? I have it on my whole arm. And If yes how to apply it?? Should I apply it directly ?? Also I have shown myself to a dermatologist he wrote some medicine on the prescription I am unable to read the name ..is it the same adapalene gel ?? Can anyone confirm it? I am unable to read the the medicine written on the top ,the first one. Plzz help.

Hi My daughter age 08 years has scar on back since childhood after birth initially it was small but now growing i have  consulted doctor he said as she is growing so scar is also looking big.he has given some cream but it not helped. While choosing face wash for daily use for oil skin, having Paraben in face wash product is good or bad. what to choose alternatively. Iam using the Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser it contains the paraben.

I have a very sensitive skin. I use only aloevera gel and olive oil for moisturising my skin. Anything other than that breaks my skin bad. I don't know which sunscreen/sunblock to consider for my daily use. I have to travel due to my work. Thus it feels important to protect my skin from Harmful sunrays.

Hello, a couple of days ago, I noticed a sudden appearance of a mole on my back, it's black and red in colour, the black part is intact but, what's scary is the red part : the reddish part is increasing in its size, slowly. There isn't any pain, but when I touch it, a sensation arises, like that mole is "being touched." P.s. my paternal family has a history of cancer, my father had cancer too, lymphoma, he is well now. His treatment was completed in Jan 2021.
