Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have got these itchy bumps all over body. They are very itchy. I am unable to sleep. They are burning too aftr itching.

I am having huge hairfall everyday since I moved from my hometown patiala to Noida. My hair volume has reduced to almost half in few months. Growth has also become slow. 40-50 hairs falling everyday from roots. Please suggest any good medication/shampoo or any diet to follow. No condition of genetic baldness in family.
