Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have scabies and tinea, Since August 2021 First was on itraconazole 100 mg twice a day then shifted to ayurvedic medicine then again to itraconazole 100 mg twice a day with fex d 180 mg two tabs a day, I never left the medicines and have been consistently under the treatment of one dermatologist since January 2022, initially he said it will be treated in 3 months but now it's already 4 months under his treatment, it is getting better but at an extreme slow pace, At this rate i will have to eat medicine for next 1 year, Also he gave me ivermectin and some lotion to apply on body below neck. I had developed dry mouth and thirsty most of the time due to medicine, How long can i take itraconazole and fex d safely ? I am worried they might cause diabetes, As I have heard people getting diabetes when on medicine when taken for long time. And What should I do of the skin disease it's healing extremely slowly, Doctor Says every time Eat for Next 15 days only. Please Help

Hello Doctor, My son is 4 month old and has 16 kg weight. He is perfectly fine and doing well but today I noticed 1-2 hair on his fore head and when I was doing oil then I saw 2 to 3 hairs. Is to normal for kid that fall 10- 15 hairs everyday. I am just little bit worried.

I've been facing moderate acne for over 10 years. I have completed several 3 months courses of doxycycline and isotretinoin (20mg) along with benzoyl peroxide/ adapelene but the result is only temporary and acne comes back in few days after I stop the medicine. Do I need to be on medicines for longer duration and is it safe to have doxycycline every other day for long term use as it gives good result..
