My husband had a small black spot behind his ears few months back which looked like fungal infection...we tried with candid b ointment.now that black spot has increased to a coin size....3 months back he underwent ligament reconstruction surgery after injury and surgeons warned about low platelet in blood...128000 count... after surgery he has recovered well... however now the neck area has many small red spots which turn blackish in a day and is spreading to chest region...is this a cause of concern... He has a sedentary job now while he was a sailor previously
