2 year baby has skin colour pimples
My baby is 2 years old . Weight 12 kg . He has developed skin coloured pimples . In his cheeks both side .
These are from past 15-20 days. Some times they disappear and sometimes reveals. I have attached image. But in photo not much seen.
Also he has developed lymph nodes behind both ears. These are soft movable .
6-7 months before it had been developed. So given him an aurvrdic medicine.
Which destroyed lymph nodes. But again nodes appear. Why is it grow behind ears.
Rest his condition is good.
And
Which cream ointment is useful to remove these molluscum type pimples .
I don't want to go for other method.
Need cream soap or any medication .
