  4. Baby skin problem. Skin becomes normal!

My baby is 4 months old, his skin is very dry even after applying moisturizer twice a day...right now I am using himalya cream still in is very dry..and he has skin peeling bear chin so one of the doctor suggested desosoft cream for 10 days, still no improvement...please suggest me a creamso that his skin becomes normal
