I have tried every way to cure pimples but there's no end to it. I have this issue from last 1.5 years but it isn't cured. Sometimes it decreases but after few days it again starts developing. Can you please suggest something that can help me get rid off from this issue?

Burnt underarms after using cream

For dark underarms I used Nigrifix cream which had retinol, lactic acid and urea .. just used for 3-4 times and since it was working I thought it's good product but after some days it completely burnt the area , full of itching , irritation and skin is burnt now .. please help me how I can treat this or need to see dermatologist
