Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello. I have a rash on my face after applying bleach. I applied it last evening and now there are these bumps on my face. It's not itchy. But it's there all over my face and neck. I have attached a picture. Please advise. I would like to leave it by itself to resolve. But I'm not sure if that's the right thing to do. I applied calamine but it did not subside. Please advise.
