Circular patch all over the body

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have taken, fluconazole, ketkonazole and itraconazole. These patches are resistant against all. Is there any test which can confirm what disease i have got and what's the best medicine for it ? It is itchy and when it dies it leaves skin flakes.
