Tinea capitis s a very common fungal problem. Nowadays, patient often have resistance to 150mg weekly dose of flucnozole.50mg daily will not enough bioavailability to act effectively. Taking Tab Terbinafine 250mg one daily is more likely to be effective but you need to take treatment for a prolonged duration depending on the extent of involvement. Get it properly assessed by a qualified certified dermatologist and take the recommended treatment. Or you can send pictures with private online consultation for recommended treatment. Hope this is helpful.
