Hello I m 20 y/o and I am having problem of acnes after approx 1 week after waxing body hairs. Its on my back and my whole back is having acne and post acne marks. Every time I wax my body hairs I get acne after a week of waxing. And its mostly on back and arm. I am seeking for permanent solution for this. Hope I get effective and permanent solution.

I have acne since 4-6 years and I was diagnosed with PCOS and high prolactin about 4 years back. They turn better and worse without any lifestyle changes but my acne never fades away completely no matter what I apply. During and around periods, they even get worsen. Some of these are red, some blackish or white. Some are painful, some are not. My skin is combination (nose oily, rest all kind of dry) Pls help me get the right treatment that is not too costly and benefits me in the long run and not just a temporary treatment. I also have hairfall issue.
