Hello Doctor, almost every week i get 1 pimple on face which forms like a mini nodule that doesn't come out fully, it doesn't even form a pus, it just subsides on its own after few days but it leaves a permanent blackish mark on skin, different anti biotics have been tried due to suspected bacterial involvement but nothing fixed that. May i know what possibly i am dealing with here?
