Hello respected sir / mam my self vijay koushik and iam facing problems with my hair ie; hair fall and with my skin ie; acne pores dark spots etc any one can please respond to me 🥺

Hello Sir/Madam, From past few months i am having white patches in my lips with pus/or water. This goes away after few days and comes again. Normally i use vaseline for my lips. And I am having this problem specific to pune climate. If i move to other city the problem goes away. I also tried desonide lotion as suggested by doctor but it is not helpful.
