Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello please let me know what is this rash at my anus and what should i apply as it itch . Please give me some valuable suggestion

I had got Covid back in the first week of January after that I have been experiencing hair fall,dandruff and itchy scalp till now.I have visited 2 dermatologists and they have prescribed me anti dandruff shampoo and scalp lotions (namely onabelt sd,Clonate lotion) but the hairfall and itching has not reduced what should I do?

I developed a big pimple , now it's the size of a table tennis ball and it still is very hard on touch . I need a medicine to get rid of it .

I have had dark underarms but recently a outer black circular ring sort of thing is visible, not itchy.It sort of covers the whole underarm area
