Black patches in my underarm
Hi sir, I had fungal infection in my groin and underarm 1 year back. I put kz soap and lulican xl after consulting a doctor. It become alright. I have noticed last 6 months,there is a black patch in both my underarm. Kindly suggest if it's serious and whats the medication for it.

Condition either can be tinea ( a fungal infection) or erythrasma, which is mainly bacterial. Take an online consultation and get treated accordingly.
