Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My friend is suffering from acute Urticaria from the last one week. She says her skin itches a lot. As suggested by her doctor, she is taking Bilastine tablets 20mg twice a day for the last 4 days and applying Calamine lotion too. Skin itchiness has not reduced. How long will this condition last?

I was prescribed a cream which contains azelaic acid and tretinoin for acanthosis nigricans(Neck region) and was told to use it for 6 weeks.Skin keeps peeling and new skin keeps coming.This was my 6 week scenario. It has been more than 6 weeks now.If I stopped using the cream for 2 days now my skin is becoming super dark.Is this something to be worried about?

Antioxidants like Vitamin C 3. Tretinoin or Retinol 4. DNA Repair Enzymes I have been religiously following first 3 but I don't know about DNA repair enzymes. What are they and are the available in India?

It irritates, itches a lot. It is increasing also. I'm currently applying aloevera and sunscreen . This develop in less than 15 days.

I have been prescribed Minoxidil. However as my face puffs up if i use it twice, it has been reduced to morr f3 once daily in night.
