Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My 92 year granny is having skin problem in her feet. The skin is tearing and watering. Previously the dermatologist suggested the Betnovate GM cream and dermadew aloe cream it cured the problem, but the issue as started again. Attached the pics. Kindly help.

I was prescribed to use salicylic acid at night to reduce comedones. It worked well! After the dosage completion I started using vitamin C+E+ ferulic acid serum even this is working well.. Now again I can see comedones coming up.. Can I use salicylic acid at night and vitamin C serum in the morning?! Does it disturb the pH level of the skin?

Doctor suggested to go for chemical peel and Microneedling for scars and pores.can I use the dermaroller at home which is available in the market.if so,which dermaroller is suggestable. Please don't reply to consult a doctor again which I did. Please suggest the good chemical peel for scars. Appreciate your support

Pimples,rashes,dark circles, Tried lots of remedies but no use, felling unhappy,useless, overthinking

From so many months i am facing this issue, i thought by applying foot creams it will eventually go but i didn't see any difference. My feet are extremely dry all the time, even tried so many foot creams. And i take care weekly of my foot but dead skin also develops so quickly and irritates while sleeping and Also, got 3 4 small knots/bumps on back of foot. I am not sure whats the reason for all of these and which doctor to consult. Will dermatologist be able to help on this??

I have suddenly started getting a lot of acne issues on my face, my face was very clear 3 months back, suddenly they have started coming only on cheeks.

My brother was having open wound in right armpit from last 2 and half month.Doctor give antibiotic name sporidex AF 750 & T-bact ointment after taking this medication his wound healed but when he stop the medicine within next 15 to 20 days wound again reappears,now his wound sometime bleeds.He is in depression now,No one can tell us the name of disease,we are totally confused, please suggest any proper treatment.Photos are attached for reference.Which Specialist should we go for???please help us.
