Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am a male 25 yrs old. I have been suffering from facial acne, back acne and acne at other parts of my body since a long time. Not sure if it is acne as the boils or bumps from face appear same as on back and other parts. Difference on my back is sometimes there are huge bumps without white heading. They disappear within a week and new ones come Have tried a lot of things benzoyl peroxide/salysilc acid soap n body wash but to no affect Could it be anything else? I am not lactose intolerant as well. How do treat it from inside the body? Probiotics? Any specific foods to eat or remove from diet Anything else? Tried of having these things on my skin.

I have noticed recently that my inner thighs and groin have become itchy. The skin has darkened and thickened significantly. And, texture of skin has changed. I have recently gained a lot of weight due to lifestyle issues. Can you please recommend a  solution to this problem?

So I had a acne like 2 months ago like a severe acne just one... I used an ointment microbenz 3.5 and after the use for 2 weeks the acne was gone...now there was a red scar on that area of my face and it's not going Away... Do any Cream are available for acne scar treatment...any leads will be highly appreciated

I have too many body acne especially at back and hands. It even lead to marks . Wanna get rid of those marks and also from those body acnes as well.

Just today I noticed there's a lump under my mother's arm and it's not visible but can be felt. She said it's been there since 1-2 years. Its very small and more like a hard lump underneath the skin, I asked if there are more but she assured just this one. I think I'll go consultant a doctor but I don't know which doctor to consult. Should it come under dermatology or what ? Please help.

I have excessive sweating on scalp and face.is there a remedy or topical solutions to stop this problem?
