Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

The are around my mouth is getting darker.. I'm a fair skinned person so it looks really bad.. there is a dark patch right under my lip also. Plz help

Using minoxidil from past 5 years and took finastride for 10 months still hairfall is going on h/o of hypothyroidism

Hair is falling severely and receding back. Please suggest any medicine or serum without any side effects to get thick and strong hair. I don't want to use minoxidil.

My piercing is 2 months old. And one thing is that my jewelry is very tight (as you can see in the imag) and is surgical steel, so i ordered a longer size and in titanium. It keeps getting irritated or infected. I clean my piercing with once with mild antibacterial soap and once I do salt water soaks. After which I apply sofromycin. At the moment, I do not have any discharge, or redness, but I woke up so soar around the piercing today. I do not have fever, or any other symptom of a severe infection. Also, I did try using betadine powder as guided by my piercer, but my piercing gets irritated everytime and starts giving discharge, maybe the powder blocks it, i dont know. I would really appreciate your help. So my questions are: Apart from changing the jewelry, what else can I do ? Should I take antibiotics like Amoxicillin for 5 days ? Also, is there anything I need to apply on the piercing for it to heal better ?

After telling a do tor I got to a I have this fungle on my wrist. I have been applying lulifin cream but it is still same. After applying it did not increased. Please siggest something. Thanks!
