Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

After using redenser plus facing itchy scalp and dandruff issue alot. Really tensed due to severe hair fall and then this itchy scalp also increasing my tention, redenser plus is having alchol content also, Is this the reason for my scalp issue, and if not then how can I fix this issue, should i change redensyl serum ? My scalp is really dry right now

I am suffering erythema nodesum leprsom from 2017. After taking the many medicines (steroids, Thaliodamide 400, then 300, then 200 etc...)my enl has controlled.Now I am taking thaliodamide 100 mg since one year but my problem is when doctor reduced the dose 100 mg to 50 mg again enl new lessons are occurring. Please give me any solution so that I will be stop the thaliodamide.

I have recently noticed brown/black small spots on the left hand knuckles and feels like right hand knuckles might get it too. The spots are very small and irregular in shape (not like a mole) and are very crowded on the knuckles. I have a dermatologist appointment on Monday, but is it a major cause of concern?

Is it necessary to hydrate the transplants every 30mims for 3 days? I forgot to hydrate it for 2 or 3 hours once as I was asleep, will it be an issue? And while spraying I hit the transplanted area accidentally several times, will it be a major problem?

Hello I have many problems 1 I have hairfall problem but my also hair grow well,I have to cut my hair in every two months 2 I have allergy problem also in summer and in winter on shoulders 3 sometimes in summer I have so much itching on legs and it is when the summer season is on peak and so much sweat come out So I send u pic of hairfall and allergy to know the symptoms and suggest me treatment
