What face cream and serum should I use for my night time skincare routine? I've an acne prone skin with some dark red hyperpigmentation on my left cheek.

I am taking medications of fungal infection and doctor has prescribed me to take it for 30 days , have done 1.5 weeks course but medicines are affecting my stomach badly i dont feel much hunger as well as it is causing constipation badly is there any natural ways which can be applied to get rid of that instead of taking medicines for too long .Please advise
