Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I've been suffering from rash like things in both of my inner thighs since past 2 weeks. I've been using normal talcum powder on them but they are not going away and there is also itching on them sometimes. It seems like jock itch or fungal infection or rash  but I'm not sure what it is exactly. So, I'm also attaching a picture of it

I have been getting tiny pustule like bump/s  on left side of my nose since few months. Bumps are 1-2 in quantity. They generally get burst or scraped while drying the face after taking shower in the morning. But the bump/s reoccur by next morning. Initially I applied a general antiseptic cream but it didn't work. As it didn't work, I applied Fucidin and then clindamycin with no effect from any of those. Both were suggested by GP. Is there any other topical medicine I can apply to help me with it? I am not in India, so GP is the primary source I can visit and getting a specialist appointment takes time.

I am a 53 year old woman. My right palm of my hand becomes like the photo whenever my hand is exposed to water. After around 15 minutes, my hand returns normal. This happens everytime my hand is exposed to water. I don't think it's because of detergents because it happens with just water. Only my right hand is affected. Please help, why does this happen?
