In treatment, I got this tablet for Hairbaldness, Is it beneficial? Please suggest else I wont use it

From last 1 week u noticed red and itchy skin in my scrotum.Can anyone please tell me what is this.Is this a serious condition?

I noticed these brownish spots on my mother's palm and sides of the feet (pictures attached), they have been there for a couple of weeks now with no pain or itching. I remember they were not present before. She recently recovered from covid but these have been there prior to that. I'm just trying to understand why have they appeared and what are they? Please doctors, I would like to know more about it and what steps to take. I really appreciate all the help.
