Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Last June, I decided to trim my pubic hair.. One day later, it was so itchy. The itching stopped several days later, however. After several weeks or so, I noticed tiny blood on my right underwear and found out there were some red bumps on my pubic mound. I thought it was some ingrown hair that got inflamed. So I applied some 1% hydrocortisone. Then the bump become red and big and painful to touch after several months so I applied bydrocotisone again. But even though almost a year has passed, there's still this something like ingrown hair left on my mound, as shown in the photo. It's not itchy, and I'm not using hydrocortisone on it anymore. But it's not disappearing. I sometimes put aloe Vera gel on it. What should I do? How can I get rid of it? (And what exactly is it?) The color of the surrounding skin is also off so I want to restore it to normal color. I haven't trimmed since last June, by the way. I'm also wearing loose cotton underwear lately. I  am a virgin so not STD.

My husband is diabetic having cellulitis in one leg ongoing treatment is going on. Wanted to ask that how many days will take to cure his leg almost from last 10days medicine he is taking. Now no pain in legs reddish part also some fade but still foot is swelling.

Today I noticed lump in my underarms it's not painful not showing on skin it is underskin And 1 black blackheads type thing beside it I attached the picture please suggest It's very tiny I am really tensed

In my both palms some kind of pins type very some formations happen and each palm has around 30+ each. Those can be felt only when touch and rub it. And even I can remove them by my nails but then grow after some days. Not sure what it is exactly. They r not warts or any skin tags. They r very small thing smaller than stapler pin. Check very small dot kind thing which is there in attached images.

I am having dermatitis from around 15 years. During these years, I have visited many dermatologists and have been treated differently with temporary phases of relief. Throughout these years, whenever I have had my IgE levels tested along with other tests, they have always been in the range of more than 5000. Now I am 34 years old and concerned that would this impact any of my other organs in the long run? Can I develop any other diseases due to very high IgE levels?

Hello I had started applying minioxidil under the consultation of dermatology doctor.doctor gave me 2 products,one is biacapil and another one is minoxidil.doc told me to first apply the biacapil one and after 5 minutes apply minodlxidil.day before yesterday 1 started the treatment.after first 5 hours I washed my head and after the I felt like heavy fever which I didn't mind and day after the second application the temperature increased and started to have cough etc.is it normal?
