I have a fungle infection on my right hand and I have consulted some doctors near me. Took the medication and it's not getting better

These red spots appeared after the recent hot weather with itching.Below  neck also there are these spots and there also itching is there.please suggest medicine.

I have cholinergic Urticaria from 2019. The only thing that helps me is sweating. If I keep sweating I don't face this allergy. But in winters its really bad. Because it is difficult to sweat while working out in gym in winters. So when My body temperature rise a little then normal while winter I get all those small bumps all over my body and it feels like a thousand pins and needles are pinching me from head to toe. Please suggest something. I tried antihistamine but it doesn't not help. Any suggestions doctors?
