Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Since last two months i have a corn developed in my left foot. It was at developing stage earlier so i used corn caps to make sure it doesn't grow much. But it didn't went well and now its painful as i pulled out the outer layer of the corn . I feel difficulty in walking . It looks yellow becoz i had applied haldi. Let me know what should i do next

I got bit by a dog recently, there are rashes developing around the wound which don't hurt much but are spreading.. if i touch them. Is it a sign of severe infection. Whom should I go to for the same. I am currently putting neusporine talk(blue cap) and sophramicine/betadine onto it. The image taken was a day old or so the rashes have increased alot
