I have been suffering from Acne from last 8-10 years, i have developed scars also, Tried Many doctors, Been on isotroin also, Doctor suggested me not to drink milk and eat sugar related food, I stopped both, acne stopped, but after few months, i feel weakness in body because of milk, Now I started drinking milk, acne popping again, I am deeply depressed.
