Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had a acne prone oily skin with acne scarring.. I started using tretinion cream 0.025% .. it did even out my skin texture and my skin breakout have been improved a lot.. but my skin colour become dull and looks darken.. I am using sunscreen regularly.. is it going to be okay or I need to do something with it.. plzzz answer my question 🙏

My Brother aged 16 is having red rashes below knee, was also having fever and chills from last 2 days. The rashes keeps itching. Kindly consult it. Also attaching the pictures.

Hello Dear Doctor, I am experiencing slight itching in the body, mostly on back and hands. From sometime, I feel hot most of the times due to which I try to be under Air conditioning or fan. Could you please some antibacterial soap (In daily routine, I use shower gel + loofah) or medicine that helps in curing. Thank you so much in advance.

Before 15 days i have gallblader surgery all going well my stitches heal good but after 15 days i have rashes like hives on whole body and itching is so much like jalan on body from 2 days...i apply calamine and take allegra but not improved its going and coming not fully stop pls suggest is just because of infevtion or what reason...

Hello, My father in Law has boils on skin. He doesn't have any itching or burning sensation or skin. It started from leg and slowly gradually spreading on other parts of the body. After 4 days of my procedure, I called up a doctor and asked if I can smoke one cigarette, she said it is fine if I smoke just one, but now after reading comments in internet and talking to few doctors, they are saying it is not a good idea to smoke for first 7 days, did I do the right thing listening to the doctor and can my body handle the effect of one cigarette daily for 7 days straight?

Dear Doctor, For last 2 days my son has developed swelling infection around right eye. it stared with a nail scratch injury and became massive. Eye vision is fine but swelling covering eye. It seems swelling has some fluid. Please advice diagnosis and treatment Thank you
