Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been suffering from hairloss since I was 17-18 and now I'm 20, 21 soon. I am obese and live a sedentary lifestyle. My diet is unhealthy as well. If my hairloss is due to nutrient deficiency or liver disorder, can it be reversed by following a healthy lifestyle? I'm asking as the hairloss has been persistent since many years and all my hair strands have become very thin. I have attached images of my scalp as well. Please guide me 🙏.

I was using Betnovate C cream since 5 to 6 years without knowing its harmful results but now, for one and half year I have stopped using this and as a result, dryness, dullness and most importantly so many rashes have been appeared on all over my face!!
