Tiny white pimples on lips
I have tiny little white pimples on and around my lips. It seems to swell a little as well and hard on surface. Please suggest what can I apply on it to cure it.
Are there any remedies to resolve it?
It's not painful but my lips feel bit heavy due to this and I cannot go out with such lips
