Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

From 3-4 days there is sweating irritation and discomfort at inner thigh and genitial. Now there are mild cut also. Please provide treatment

Is pigmentation around mouth reversible? I have this since many years.But for last 3 years it reduced a little bit and then I was staying at some cool place ...now I am back to my original place and it came back the pigmentation.

I am 32 years old suffering from hyperpigmentation and acne ...I consulted dermatologist before she provided me facewash , sunscreen and some cream like tretinoin and kojic cream but my problem increased...my skin suited for physical sunscreen which contains zinc oxide since I sweat too much...I have to work in field so sunlight is a huge problem for me...I need good skincare routine for men...like cleanser,toner, serum, moisturizer and sunscreen...

Hi Doctor, My daughter of 4 years old is having some rash typer on body since 2 weeks. She is having itching. Her urine and potty were normal. No other issues except itching. I have been diagnosed with severe acne on skull with red spots acne visible on my skull.. Doctor has recommended Sotret NF 8mg but my blood pressure is 140by100 always. ( Haven't consulted regarding bp to any doctor) Is it safe to take that tablet daily (they recommend for 30days) as i see it has too many cons after taking the tablet. Need your valuable suggestion.
