Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My son is almost 3 yrs old, but suddenly I found 2-3 white hair on my kids head. Is it normal? He have allergy problem, he is on medicine for that, like cough syrup, n nebulizer. Should i take him to the doctor for this.?

Doctor my son is getting papules on his body. I showed to paediatric he says it's not hand foot and mouth. Simply he is getting papules on his body. They are very itchy. Skin specialist said it's flea bite infection. She gave one syrup and lotion ita still not going.
