Since last few months my first finger gets dry and skin is peeling ... tried many moisturising cream including coconut oil but it remains good for some hrs but again it restore back to original as shown i. Figure . I am Male 48 age with no medical issue . Wt 82 kg , ht 5 fit 10 inch

Hello docter gudmorning i got nail funges in past 2months back first i dont know  its an funges. Later one general physician confirm that Nile fungs.. after that i take consultant for dermatology that docter told me nail surgery.. again I go to one dermatology for my second opinion... That docter give me medicine for 3months.. but my nail postion in  that pic.. i think day by day it's me serious.. coming blood... If i wash the nail geting that like if i don't wash it's getting very small of blood from there so now i am scared about it... Plz give me gud suggestion what I have to do Now i am using tables Is itraconazole capsules BP 200mg And one nail liquid ciclopirox olamine topical solution 8% Plz give me best suggestion thanks

Hi I Have light dark spots on face which vitamin serum can be applied to the face to make it light and clear face I have attached photo of my face skin please revert

Lot of itchiness in scalp accompanied by dandruff. Tried some dandruff specific serum and shampoos but it is better only instantly after hair wash but wears off later. Also sometimes when I apply oil overnight my right side of the scalp aches and the pain persists even after hair wash. That side pains even while combing hair. But it's not the case with the left side. Now I only oil for 15 mins and wash my hair once a week, and at most twice. Still the dandruff and itchiness starts occurring within a day Or two of shampooing.

I am facing this issue for 2-3 years. No itchiness. Is this because of dry scalp or dandruff? Is it causing hair fall? How to treat this?
