Hi, How to repair my skin! I'm 27 years old and working in a closed air-conditioned environment! No prolonged exposure to sun, But my skin looks awful even in my 20's! What is the reason, is this my skin type or can I cure and get clear, smooth and fair skin? And my moustache and beard are not growing thicker, Let me know whether it can be repaired using diet or any other face treatment routines!

I'm 31. Since last month I'm experiencing heat hives. Suddenly my body temperature increases a lot and I get itchy feeling on whole body. And it turns into reddish hives. I try to ignore them but it's really very unbearable so I can't control itching. My heartbeats also fastens once heat in the body increases. Sometimes my eye sight becomes very unclear. This doesn't last long. It just happens for 5-10 minutes. But happens repeatedly 3-4 times in a day. And it's really very uncomfortable. My face completely becomes reddish and all the fingers of hands get swelling. Kindly help me what should i do to deal with it.

I have got these dry bumps on certain spots in my body like fingers, arms, feet. They are itchy. Swollen like a mosquito bite but redder and itchier.
